INTRODUCER’S FEES

Any person who introduces a PL 1 customers to KoperasiBank maybe eligible for the Introducer’s Fees. The Introducer fee of RM50-00 shall be paid to the introducer for every successful loan application that has been approved and disbursed.

The person so intending to act on “agent” on behalf of KoperasiBank shall be registered with KoperasiBank.

Agent acting on behalf of KoperasiBank shall NOT charge any fees on the borrower’s of KoperasiBank.

All payment for the loan application shall be thru Banker’s Cheque made payable to Koperasi Pekerja Pekerja Bank Malaysia Berhad.

Agents are PROHIBITED from collecting any payments in cash or in personal cheques.

The Board of Management of KoperasiBank, its employees and their respective immediate families shall NOT be eligible for the Introducer’s Fees.

All “Introducers Fees” shall be paid to the introducers via KoperasiBank’s cheque latest by the 7 of the following month.

Any “Agent” who breaches any of the above Terms & Conditional shall have their registration with KoperasiBank terminated and henceforth shall not act on behalf of KoperasiBank.

LUCKY DRAW

All borrowers under the PL 1 scheme who have availed the scheme shall be eligible for the lucky draw prizes.

The Board reserves the right to change or vary any or all the prizes from time to time.

The Board reserves the right to change or vary any of the terms and conditions set herein.

The lucky draw prizes for the previous year shall be drawn on the first week of January of the following year.

The Board of Management of KoperasiBank, its employees and their respective immediate families shall NOT be eligible for the Lucky draw prizes.

EXCELLENCE REWARDS

All borrowers under the PL 1, PL 2 & ERS Schemes who have been paying their loan installments without default for 5 years (anniversary) shall be eligible for the education grant.

The education grant is given to the above borrower’s natural children who have obtained a minimum of 8 A’s result in their SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) examination and a minimum of 3 A’s in their STPM (Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia) examination.
